JOHN ABRAHAM – NO STEROIDS
Food Habits- An absolute fitness addict, John has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods in equal proportion. Apart from veggies and fruits, his diet includes lot of egg whites and fish as they are superior forms of protein. .
Fitness Regime- He doesn’t believe in using STEROIDS. He takes to working out on a daily basis and running for around 20-25 minutes after workout. A good amount of sleep is a must on his list!
DEEPIKA PADUKONE – POSITIVE THINKING
National level badminton player, supermodel and actor, Deepika Padukone believes that positive thinking is the main source of her glow and charm.
Food Habits- It involves small meals at a regular interval of 2 hours along with lots of water the entire day.
Fitness Regime- It involves regular exercise, yoga, dance, Pilates, stretching and free-hand exercises.
HRITHIK ROSHAN – DISCIPLINE

Food Habits-His diet involves low intake of sugar and includes 100 grams of meat along with lots of complex carbs and pure forms of protein like egg whites which he consumes for breakfast and dinner on days of heavy exercising.
Fitness Regime- It involves exercising on a daily basis along with 20 minutes of cardio each day.
KAREENA KAPOOR KHAN – YOGA
She made size zero a household term with the release of the movie, Tashan (2008), but eventually declared that she will not strive to attain size zero again.
Food Habits -A vegetarian from a Punjabi household, Kareena must have truly had a tough time holding herself back. Her diet consists of soups, green vegetables salad, fruits, yogurt and other such flattening food which are less in calories and rich supplier of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Fitness Regime: She does two hours yoga and cardio exercises to maintain her figure.
ARJUN RAMPAL – FIVE LIGHT MEALS PER DAY
Food Habits- The Indian supermodel and actor takes five meals per day and keeps it light and healthy with dry fruits and a lot of water.
Fitness Regime- It involves workout five days a week which includes about 40 minutes of various cardio, 10 minutes on treadmill to warm-up and then a specific body part and over 2500 sit ups.
BIPASHA BASU – CARDIO & YOGA
Food Habits – Another big foodie, Bipasha gets all required nutrition from food only, no supplements. She eats eight small meals a day which comprises of a lot of green veggies with meat to boost her metabolism.
Fitness regime– Bipasha works out for six days in a week and follows a different regime each day. It basically involves cardio and yoga.
RANVEER SINGH – STAY HAPPY
Food Habits- A healthy diet and 8 litres of water does for him. He believes that the key to fitness is staying happy and having a positive approach towards life.
Fitness Regime- Ranveer works out twice a day for an hour and a half each. His workout schedule includes 45 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio training as well as HIT (High Intensive Training) which includes vigorous exercises mainly, dips, thrusters, pushups and pull-ups.
LARA DUTTA BHUPATHI – NO CAFFEINE
Food habits – A vegetarian and a big foodie, former Miss Universe (2000), Lara Dutta, eats five times a day at regular intervals but stays away from caffeine products. Dinner is her lightest mean while breakfast is the heaviest.
Fitness regime – Her fitness regime includes cardio, strength training and yoga five days a week. She has her own fitness DVD with concept “H.E.A.L With Lara”. Lara did not stop exercising even during her pregnancy but she modified her workouts to suit different stages of her pregnancy.
AKSHAY KUMAR – ABNEGATE LIQUOR, SMOKING & PARTYING
Food Habits- Akshay Kumar maintains that the secret to his physique is healthy home cooked food and a balanced diet. The actor has abnegated liquor, smoking and partying from his life and believes that the ultimate key to fitness is to have an ideal amalgamation of mental and physical fitness.
Fitness Regime- He does yoga, plays basketball, goes trekking with his son and often takes up kick boxing to keep himself agile. He religiously practices Martial Arts.
MALAIKA ARORA KHAN – GREEN TEA & YOGA
Food Habits- Small frequent meals along with green tea does best for her. She avoids oily and fried food and makes it a point to drink a glass of warm water with honey and lime on waking up and a bottle of water after an interval of half an hour.
Fitness Regime – Malaika works out thrice a week which includes yoga squats, kickboxing, free weights, medicine balls and body weight.
